Pathways Resolution Center, Inc. provides mediation services for a variety of family law issues, in both pre-suit and court-ordered cases. Below you will find scheduling information, fees, session policies, and contact information for attorneys and their clients.
Session Information and Fees
- Sessions are scheduled in 4-hour or 8-hour blocks
- Session availability and scheduling can be done directly through our website
- In-Person: Sessions available at our office in the Jacksonville area
- Virtual: Available via secure video platform for all case types
- Off-Site: Mediator can schedule sessions at a mutually agreed-upon neutral location, such as a mediation center or an attorney’s office
- Hourly Rate: Typically $300 per hour; rates may vary based on circumstances
- Fees: Mediation fees are typically split between the parties
