Evidence-based learning for families, professionals, and organizations.
At Pathways Resolution Center, we offer structured training programs designed to equip families with practical skills for navigating conflict and transition, and to provide legal and mental health professionals with the specialized knowledge needed to better serve families in the court system. All programs are developed and led by Christina M. Ward, Esq., LCSW, LMFT — a licensed attorney and clinical professional with over twenty years of experience working with families in the legal system.
High-Conflict Co-Parenting Training
Our high-conflict co-parenting training helps separated or divorced parents reduce conflict, improve communication, and focus on the well-being of their children. Available in both individual and group formats, these programs teach evidence-based strategies for managing difficult interactions, setting boundaries, and building a more stable co-parenting relationship. Training can be court-ordered or self-referred and is tailored to meet the specific needs of each participant.
